          Glass  Blowing  Classes  for  all  Levels  of  Learners

Want to experience the thrill of the hottest class in town? Learn to blow glass in small group sessions with René. 

He’ll perform a glass blowing demonstration as well as spend one on one time with 4 to 8 students, teaching each individual how to gather glass from the crucible and turn it into a finished work of art. You’ll learn the time honored secrets of glass blowing and gain new appreciation for the mystique of this ancient art.

In the 1 piece class you will create a paperweight with hands on instruction. 

In the 2 piece class you will create 2 small pieces, a paper weight and a vessel of your choice; a small vase, bowl or plate.

These pieces you create in class are yours to keep and will be available for pick up the following day - the cooling (or annealing) process takes about 14 hours. More advanced students work on a variety of glass blowing projects.

Both classes offered are available to all experience levels.

Classes can be scheduled are available Saturdays or Sundays, depending on availability, please submit request form below to schedule.

 1 Piece Class 
• make 1 original paper weight
• Individual attention
• $100 per person (materials included)

2 Piece Class
● Make 2 original pieces; 1 paper weight & 1   plate, bowl or vase
● Individual attention
● $200 per person (materials Included)

Advance payment is required to cover material costs.
